Return & Refund Policy

Eligibility

Due to the nature of bulk and customized corporate gifting, returns are accepted only when:

• Damaged or defective items are received
• Incorrect items were shipped
• Quality does not match the product description

Return process

• Report issues within 48 hours of delivery with photos
• Email contact@surpriseyou.in with your order ID
• Approved returns are replaced or refunded within 7 business days

Non-returnable items

• Custom-branded or personalized items
• Perishable goods (unless damaged in transit)
• Items marked as final sale
