By using the SurpriseYou platform at surpriseyou.in, you agree to these terms of service. SurpriseYou is a corporate gifting company operating in India.

Orders and payment

• All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• Orders are confirmed upon successful payment and receipt of an order confirmation email.
• Curated basket orders require a minimum quantity of 50 units.

Delivery

• Free delivery on all orders within India.
• Estimated delivery: 5–7 business days for standard products; 7–14 days for bulk orders; 14–21 days for custom-branded orders.
• Tracking information is provided via email upon shipment.

Cancellation and refunds

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement at no charge. After production begins, cancellations may incur a fee. Refunds for eligible returns (damaged or incorrect items) are processed within 7 business days. See our Return Policy for details.

Limitation of liability

SurpriseYou is not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, including natural disasters, courier disruptions, or force majeure events.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
